EVAN LEE - GENERAL MANAGER

Evan Lee is the General Manager of Blue Jay Bistro in Littleton, NC. Born and raised in Lexington, OH, Evan first developed a passion for the hospitality industry while bartending in college. Following his graduation, with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Marketing and a minor in Finance from Ashland University, Evan went on to serve in several managerial roles at Star Lanes Polaris in Columbus, OH, and NCR Country Club in Kettering, OH. During his time at NCR Country Club, Evan assisted in the planning and execution of the 2022 U.S. Senior Women's Open, drawing in thousands of spectators. His last stop in Ohio was at Brown's Run Country Club, where he served as the General Manager and Clubhouse Manager, overseeing operations for both.
Looking for a change in scenery in 2023, Evan and his family packed up and headed to Littleton, NC, where he accepted the position as Dining Manager at Blue Jay Bistro before being promoted to GM. Evan prides himself as being someone who truly values his team and works tirelessly to ensure a thriving and positive workplace environment for all.
When he's not at the restaurant, you can find Evan spending time with his family, playing video games, and enjoying the outdoors by hitting the links or exploring a new hiking trail.
