Located minutes from Lake Gaston and Roanoke Rapids, Blue Jay Bistro offers fine dining in a welcoming atmosphere Wednesday through Saturday evenings. On Fridays and Saturdays, join us in our private dining room, The Nest, for small plates and cocktails from 2 to 5 PM.

Blue Jay Bistro is a restaurant with a greater purpose. All net proceeds support student scholarships and programs at Littleton Academy, a private school serving our community.

Our name pays homage to the Littleton Blue Jays, the high school alma mater of owner Ed Fitts. Blue Jay Bistro represents Ed and his wife Deb's vision to give back to Ed's beloved hometown, creating a dining destination that serves as a symbol of culinary excellence for the local and surrounding communities.
